The two separated cylinders equip with independent control panels respectively, able to conduct the two tests with different temperature independently and simultaneously.
Control system consists of electronic switch for light touch, liquid crystal display Menu without mechanical contact, safe and reliable for operators. Stable of sample frame rotation is convenient for mounting washing containers.
Provided with two kinds of washing containers (500ml and 1200ml) for different test requirement, and each cylinder has 24 slots for container assembly (12 with each size). Long life of heating device with no noise, could give an accurate temperature.

1. Pre-Test Preparation
Select the appropriate sample container (match the test standard, e.g., ISO 105 C06) and place the specimen + adjacent fabric into it.
Add the specified detergent (e.g., AATCC 1993 standard detergent) and set the liquid level (avoid overflow).
2. Equipment Setup
Set the test temperature (up to 98°C) and duration via the microprocessor interface.
Close the cover plate; the pneumatic strut will assist in securing it (ensure double-sealed heat preservation works).
3. Test Execution
Start the device; the system will automatically control temperature and timing.
The machine will trigger an automatic alarm when the test is completed.
4. Post-Test Handling
Open the cover plate (use the pneumatic strut for safety) and remove the sample container.
Drain residual liquid, clean the container, and wipe the device surface with a dry cloth.
